The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile (and the occasional local tip). You can tell they take pride in great service. Now let’s talk breakfast: world-class. I’m talking about a spread that makes you consider becoming a morning person. Fresh, delicious, and included in the stay—always a win. Located right across from a quiet little park, it’s a calm oasis just steps from the Tower of London and other major sights. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I’m already planning my return visit. 5 stars. Highly recommended."

"Nice and spacious, arrival cookie and the free ferry were a great bonus for the kids also free breakfast for the kids with a paying adult. Bit tricky to get to from main stations but once you are there and have access to the main ferry it is great!"

The location is unbeatable, situated near several major train stations and within easy walking distance to iconic spots like the London Bridge, Borough Market, and scenic riverside strolls along the Thames. The service and cleanliness were top notch, but the room furniture and amenities could use a modern refresh. The decor felt a bit dated, and the bathtub design isn’t the most accessible, with about a 75 cm clearance to step in. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, convenience, and walkability it’s just shy of perfection due to the aging room features."
