"Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them."

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

"The perfect location in central London - close to absolutely everything, multiple tube lines to choose from, you can hear the bells of St Paul's, bustling pubs, great restaurants. So good. The only issue with the apartment is the full size bed. I missed that part in the description and it is small for 2 people and we are not big people. It would be unbearable for 2 plus sized individuals. The shower would probably be problematic as well."

"The owner has built brand new apartments. They are really nice…. Very comfortable, close to public transportation…. A couple of things that would help overseas travelers with limited space in bags…. Provide three soaps (hotel size small) as per stay…. Put paper towels for use, fix the bathroom window (unit 2 window does not close properly), the temperature control on bathroom is not working properly… not sure what happened to the security deposit…. Overall a great experience…. Loved it"

Was filthy, mouldy and smelly throughout and agent requested an additional £40 cleaning fee in advance. One towel that was dry and crusty. "

"This apartment is fantastic! The owner makes it easy. He is flexible and let us make a couple of necessary modifications. It is spacious and immaculate. The neighborhood is fun and lively for nightlife. He also adds small touches like having coffee, tea and sugar ready plus oils and items for cooking. A laundry is available. There are several umbrellas when needed. The tube is close. Definitely a great place to stay! "
