"The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water but the pressure was not as good as at other hotels we have stayed at but was still okay. Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard. "Nice hotel, location ideal for walking into center of Stratford in 5 minutes, breakfast lovely...bathroom needs updating, spa treatments very expensive and didn't expect to be charged to park at the hotel "

"Modern and easy to access however the outside remain old and needs updating. I would suggest night lights or softer lighting as the lights are super bright when going bathroom at night or trying to find way around the room"

"Stayed for two nights in a room only basis. Check in was quick and easy, room decent, and the pool / gym quiet. The room doors don’t close quietly, so you’ll likely be woken up by others closing their doors. The bed itself was comfy and the room had everything that I needed. Overall nice stay. Would have loved to have had time for the golf course!"
