Room was very small and housekeeping must have been in a rush as we only had one glass, there was an empty toilet roll on the holder, and the room was Baltic when we walked in- not really what you want when it’s November and freezing already! Bed was comfy though. "

"Family trip to the city, we were looking for a decent central based hotel and we struck gold here. 3 mins to Piccadilly train station. 2 mins to the Tram . Arndale was 10mins. Shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. Perfect location. The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. I couldn't fault anything. 10/10. "
