"This was the perfect location for us to enjiy the sights of Innsbruck. It is a lovely cute town with grear bus links. It is walkable to the mountains and surrounded by beautiful views. The hotel has a great spa to enjoy and very helpful staff. They also provided a welcome card for busss and feee tours!!"

"The rooms were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. I had booked 3 rooms months ago, & one of our friend's received an upgrade to a spacious suite. After enjoying biking in Innsbruck, the 6 in our group went to the rooftop hot tub at 4PM. Sadly, they don't fill it or turn on the steam rooms until 5PM! How disappointing."

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...

"Traditional alpine hotel outside of Innsbruck. Very spacious, lovely and clean with big, comfortable room, a great gym and a fantastic restaurant on site. Great choice on the menu and top quality. Easy run into Innsbruck (20 minutes in the car)."

"Great accommodation, very clean overall, spacious, clean bathroom and shower. We asked for a cot for our 1,5 year old and it was already in the room with sheets and everything. We had a great breakfast, it looks small but everything is refilled all the time. You can choose whatever you want, different breads, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc.. Would stay here again next time."
