It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs. "Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."
