"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. "We had a lovely 2 nights stay in the Hardiman the day after storm Eowyn so it was understaffed but the staff that were in attendance were excellent! The food was exceptional, 10/10 Our only gripe would be that the bedrooms are quite dated and could do with some modernisation, but the foyer and the rest of the hotel were very nice and comfortable! Well located for walking around the city, would stay again !"
