"We stayed here for three nights in September excellent location a few streets away from Cavill st which meant that it was quiet but close to the action. Short walk to the beach. Ocean view apartment had a stunning view with large balcony. A few small issues with drain making gurgling noises, some mould on bottom of curtains but otherwise was very good for the price point. The underground parking has fairly low clearance at 2.05m which meant we had to park on the street which has a lot of parking...

As a budget hotel the overall condition was good value in an excellent position with a 5-minute walk to Pac Fair shopping center and the tram stop. One block to the beach, about a 7-minute walk was handy. The extra wide balcony was a bonus to enjoy."
