"The hotel staff were friendly and prompt in fixing the issues with the facilities that were not working. The concierge was lovely, who booked us in and checked us out. Overall, it was a quiet and pleasant stay. I would stay here again."

My search criteria for accommodation includes, King Bed, Off street Parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, won't stay anywhere that has a shower curtain instead of glass screen. I always check reviews, and the reviews for Mercure Rouse Hill were very favourable. It is a little difficult to find but it is a true surprise in the very best way. Clean, modern and lots of eateries to choose from. "

"Motel was on busy road and most noise was from continual motor bikes. No toaster, washing liquid or dishwasher cloth. Bed was very comfy but pillows were dreadful. Bathroom looked new & was well appointed."
