"Stayed here previously and service is fantastic. A bit of let down as one of the basin in the bathroom was blocked and fuse blew as soon as we turned the jacuzzi on. I was told the following morning that we could have called an after hours for urgent assistance, but it was a too much of a hassle for someone to visit late at night. The front person was very apologetic, luckily we had the fire going so it was warm enough for the night! Very comfortable place to stay. Will stay again in the future....
