A cedar hot tub is situated in a very private tranquil part of the section. Please note the hot tub is an additional cost of $30 per night.
This 2-story holiday home offers plenty of space with four bedrooms located on the first floor. Relax indoors in the open plan living area complete with modern furnishings and a great log burner. Enjoy the balcony complete with a BBQ for an easy meal after a day of adventure, followed by a soak in the hot tub.

Local cafes, restaurants, spa treatments, and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa are all within a few minutes walking distance. Venture out for a bushwalk or go off-road for a mountain bike or 4WD tour. For the adrenaline junkies white water rafting or bungy jumping is on the ‘must-do list.

Bedroom configuration: Bedroom one 1 x queen bed, king single bed with a single trundle bed this can be joined together to make a king bed. Bedroom two 1 x queen bed and a cot. Bedroom three 1x queen bed. Bedroom Four 1x double bed and a king single. For additional guests, there is a single foam mattress and a couch that folds flat suitable for one person.

PLEASE NOTE: The loft is situated above the lounge and access to it is a ladder that requires supervision when children are using it.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

NOTE: There are security cameras on the exterior of the house, they are located at the front entrance door and the back balcony door.

Lovely place to stay the bedrooms are roomy and the house is warm. The floors are a bit noisy when you are downstairs and people are upstairs. But all in all a nice cosy place.

Great property for a family. Very spacious and cosy. Only suggestion would be a split air conditioner upstairs as it can be very hot in summer. Would be perfect in winter or slightly cooler months. I would recommend this spacious property.

Ideal Spot for a great get away
Lovely roomy accommodation. Everything you need and good accommodating host when plans change last minute. 1.5km out of village, so stroll into town, however that means its location is peaceful. House and carpets look a little tired in some spots thanks to previous guest, but host explained all before arrival so nothing unexpected. Would happily stay again :)

Hanmer springs getaway.
Our time away was really nice. The house is very warm and spacious with great views and close to the township which made activities easy. However there was the odd thing that would have made some aspects easier, the induction hob took awhile to figure out once we looked over the instructions and the BBQ really struggles to have good heat as the gas flow seemed to be really low which made the cooking difficult. But overall our stay was good and it did the job for us.

Overall, a suitable property for a quiet getaway
An older home with some recent upgrades evident. Loved the deck and hot tub. Lounge was a cozy area also. Some crumbs left around the table/kitchen area on arrival. Amie was great at communicating and accommodated our late request for the hot tub (it definitely takes an overnight period to heat up).
