"Big room but rather sparsely equipped and furnished. Balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Parking on site. Good bar and restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to old part of city, good car park at Alcazabar."

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz. "

"Nice, big and quiet room. Friendly staff with lots of good recommendations for where to eat. Our bathroom sink faucet was faulty and they had a small sign in Spanish that mentioned that but we didn’t see our thought anything of it when we checked in. We woke up in the middle of the night and there was water all over the bathroom floor because of the leak from the faucet that was dripping on the counter. I hope they fix it instead of placing a note for the hotel guests to watch out for it."
