Hotel in a good location. Room was basic & clean, had air conditioning & a fridge. Short walks to Plaza Alta, Alcazabe, Puerto de Palmas & the bridge

Very central and near to all the sights. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear the TV in the next room late into the night. The street outside is also noisy late at night if you have your window open.

Very friendly checkin. The room however stank of tobacco y the walls must be extremely thin as we were woken by every guest arriving at 1am.. 2am. Carpark is at the hotel and therefore nice and central, although the one way streets make it hard to find.

No complaints.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area of the city, and having the option of parking upon reservation (for €10 per night) is very useful. The reason why I have 4/5 is twofold: the nightstand in the room was about to fall off the wall, not in the best condition. And, the supposed €3.50 breakfast offered is apparently something that the hotel does not do.

Nice enough room but difficulty sleeping
Everything was fine - the room had a fridge, air conditioning, a comfortable chair, a closet, and a nice shower. The problem was my room was located above the desk area near the stairwell and there was lots of noise. I kept getting woken up and had difficulties sleeping - which is the most important thing to me. The hotel did have an excellent location.
