But a massive thank you to the lady (duty manager) who helped my family . She changed rooms for us, upgraded some of the rooms, so our 5rooms would be close to one another. Can’t wait to go back👍"

"The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Pauline the hotel suoervisor and her morning staff were so accomdating, kind and lovely they were just such an amazing example of how people in the hospitality industry should be. "
