"Ive stayed here a few times and each time there has been renovations going on and can see a good improvement. Its close to London and convenient for access to motorways , its basic budget rooms are like a motel , they are clean and furnished, nicely decorated and comfortable. They are priced very affordable and has wifi and parking . I will and would recommend this budget hotel for price convenient location for travel on and out of london its a really great place to stay ."

"Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo business traveller over 3 nights. It is quirky and small but really cosy and warm, very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Menu and food was good in the brasserie. The little extra touches; breakfast hamper and chocolates, ample fresh juice and milk in the fridge were really lovely and make they stay even nicer."

"A lovely character apartment in a quaint village from which to explore the local region of North Essex. The well equipped and comfortable accommodation had nice touches such as displaying local art (for sale) and the host even left us welcome treats. While this property is in the heart of a small village and off road parking is available, some caution is needed while reversing out of the property gates onto the road with limited visibility. "
