"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff both at check in and restaurant for breakfast. Room spacious with balcony, rain shower and other shower amenities, slippers, tv, mini fridge, safe deposite box, tea/coffee maker, bath rope. Bed very comfy. Swimming pool. Breakfast was every delicious with egg station, indonesian food, seven types of bread to choose from, sambal/krupuk bar (my favorite) and of course fresh fruits. "Staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room was very new and the interior was well designed. The western and Japenese restaurant are under construction, so do expect a bit of noise and dust during day time. Hope the staff will remember to water the indoor plant. The plant in the room was dehydrated and it seems like no one has water it for a very long time. We water the plant and clean the leaves, the plant looked revived. "

"I lucked out coming here when my flight was canceled. Staff was great. All very helpful and accommodating. They were booked the following night but held my luggage and encouraged me to enjoy the facilities after I checked out. Nice pool, restaurant and very walkable. Near the mall and across from the beach. There was some construction on the property as they were remodeling, but it was not intrucive or noisy, just visible in one area. Highly recommend. Wish I could have finished my stay there."
