The mirror in the room was in the corner and not in a good place to use when drying my hair especially as the socket underneath the mirror had 3 round pins and not a standard british socket. Also, there was no space to dry my hair properly as the wall was too close to the mirror. The mirror needs to be moved to a more accessible...

"We used this hotel as our base when visiting the snooker world championship. It os perfectly located for the Crucible and clos to all the city centre amenities. There is safe private parking in the basement. We didn't use the hotel's food and beverage offer, so can't comment, but the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. "

Sauna needs attention - the floor and seats get dangerously hot, couldn’t put feet on the floor! Restaurant excellent. Lost a star due to very poor noise insulation between rooms. "
