"Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable on my stay, even when I accidentally shut myself out of the room shortly after checking in, silly me! They had umbrellas to rent fairly priced, well stocked vending machine, a good hotel room fridge too, well connected to the circle line bus route! I’ve no complaints! "

I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

"Good property for a solo woman traveler. I like going to a hotel where I can use a shuttle and not have to schlep my luggage on and off trains to get somewhere. Much less hassle and you can ride the shuttle to the airport and take the train to Amsterdam Central station and go anywhere. Room was very comfortable and quiet and I could open the windows to cool it down. Good breakfast and gym. Worked for me. "

"The Usual was anything but. Brand new modern eco-centric hotel literally 3 minutes from the Metro (which gets you everywhere super fast). Meditation space and friendly staff made this a stay to remember."
