"We were on a impromptu vacation to Quebec City and we had a fantastic time. The Hilton hotel views from the room made the stay spectacular ! The staff was very courteous and attentive from the front-desk reception to the cleaning crew. Special shout out to Joe, William (at Concierge and Manuel at Valet Parking (MAKE HIM FULL TIME I SAY:) . Thank you Hilton Staff at Quebec City. Wishing you all a Very Happy and Successful 2025!"

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, demonstrating their attention to details. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a simple King room that was clean and generally very comfortable. The Hotel itself pleasant if fairly unsurprising. It has a nice quiet bar with a fireplace that we thoroughly enjoyed It's well located and makes exploring Quebec City easy. We even had an ice skating rink & a small fair next door! My one quip is that the gym was poorly...

"The smell in the entire hotel was amazing ! People at reception desk very helpful and welcoming! I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of parking fee $25 per day (canadian) In hotels in Europe and USA I visited was no fee for parking spot in hotel you stay."

"The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off....
