"I reserved 2 hotel rooms on the Hotels.com website (and was confirmed in my email.) When I checked in the front desk staff only had us reserved for one room. I asked for a second room and I was made to feel as if it was my fault and that I was asking a lot to acquire the number of rooms I had reserved. Other than the front desk staff, we had a great stay. "

"The NULU area was not as walkable as promoted. Hotel shows a lot of wear and tear. The woman bartender was over the top rude to pretty much everyone on a slow Monday night. We were told the hotel restaurant was closed at the time of booking but didn’t realize how needed it was. We could get coffee and some packaged snacks. The Cuban restaurant across the street is excellent! The rooms were ecclectic and fun. Comfy beds. Need much better lighting. Valet (Ash) was awesome! Very quick and friendly!...

"Great location and loved the bar downstairs with exquisite cocktails! Room was a bit small but well appointed. Housekeeping staff were so on it refreshing the room everyday beatifully! Valet service was fast. We were so warmly greeted on arrival and felt well taken care of the whole stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for two colleagues traveling together. The area is just outside of downtown and there was not a lot, especially for lunch options, that was walkable. The management replied quickly when there was an issue. I would definitely stay here again. "
