"Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. "Excellent customer service and welcome when we arrived, thanks to all the team a Hotel de Mougins. Food we excellent, really tasty, high quality and made our visit special. Room was great, only two things were a little below par. Bed mattress seemed old and springs we could feel in the bed, and the shower heat was luke warm rather than hot each morning. But neither stole from our enjoyable stay, thanks."
