"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! "It’s in the center center of Cannes 3 min walk from train station and 3 minutes to the beach great location. Since I’m solo traveler I had a tiny room. Too small actually. Bathroom fine but small also. Good hot water and good pressure. Good AC. It was clean. But needs updating a bit. But for the good inexpensive price in Cannes you can’t beat it. It’s worth it and the best location just around the famous rue dAntibes "
