"Great location to access Oxford and very close to shopping centre, prison museum, shops, restaurant and bars. We stayed in a basic room which was clean, quiet and had what we needed including a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable and great a king size came as standard. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice £16pp. We only had on the Sunday of our 2 night stay. We would stay again. We used the park and ride from Redbridge, really cheap (compared to shopping centre). "Staff attentive and friendly. Very quiet room/floor no disturbances. Pool nice, warm water. One small criticism was the teas/coffees hadn't been refilled when we first arrived in the room and the tub that held them hadn't been cleaned but not a big deal. Breakfast had a great selection. "

"We stayed for a couple of nights mid week, and it was easy to get to, driving in the car, good parking facility, and its position couldn't have been much better, we could walk into the city centre in less than 20 minutes! The one thing I would like to see, is a better deal on inclusion of breakfast during your stay. Chris, the restaurant and bar manager moved pretty fast, all of the time, and was very efficient."

"Great stay as always, I had a lovely room (101) I dined in the restaurant and had a lovely Sunday roast. The staff are friendly and I'd like to single out Kirsty. I had a problem sleeping and once I was awake, I heard music coming from downstairs. Once I heard it, I couldn't unhear it so to speak. I was awake for well over an hour from 03:45 to 05:00. That won't put me off staying again."
