"PROS: Hotel was clean. Area seemed safe and more quiet than inner city. Check in was quick and easy with excellent customer service. Restaurant was decent, and the bartender, Sean, was a pleasure. Pool view was beautiful. CONS: No microwave in the room. Elevators are kind of slow to arrive, but elevator doors close extremely fast. Not sure if the sensors work well. A tourism fee was added after stay. It wasn’t much, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Breakfast was okay, but the...

"I was disappointed that I booked a king, premium Ocean view and was placed on the first floor, and could hardly see the ocean. I couldn’t open my window because the screen was broken. The staff was not very customer friendly. They acted like I was bothering them."
