"I used to book on Bestwestern because I love their very heartwarming welcome and staffs are really helpful but this Bestwestern got me disappointed. First, we weren’t greeted welcome when we arrived at the lobby. The guy who helped us didn’t even have any information about the WiFi, breakfast etc. he just ask for my ID and credit card then hand us the card keys and told us our room number. They worked with me when I needed more time to go to important doctor appointments and I felt like I was being helped and not judged for having a disability . The rooms are homey, and dont give off the vibe that I'm residing in a hotel but more like a studio. I like they offer polomive dish soap too"

It rained alot while we were there, and we'd recommend in putting in some type of drain so there isn't always a puddle at the bottom of the stairs leading to room #45.
