"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. "Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax."

"The location was perfect - 2 mins from the beach, opposite the taxi rank and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Good pool area with plenty of seating and access to bar with snacks. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Overall a really nice place to stay but a few odd and small gripes: only 2 teabags are provided for the entire stay and no milk or teaspoons; you cannot self serve water at breakfast - the server was quite aggressive...

"I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! The spa pool, sauna, steam room are wonderful… I wished the water in the pool was warmer, but no biggy… the pool areas, 2 others, are set in great locations, the one across the street has wonderful plants, sun visits, gazebos available… we went at the end of October so we always had one available…the water was too cold, but again, no biggy, I know it would be...
