"The rooms are on the small side and so are the bathrooms but the bed was very comfortable and had some nice touches. Tea and coffee and biscuits. The menu wasn’t great but what we had was quite good. "

"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."

"Our large room was lovely but odd in no wardrobe, couple flat hooks on wall, insufficient for our needs of more than 2 items and costs. Our friends had a small wardrobe no sofa. Dinner was truly excellent, all dishes."
