"We arrived to a warm friendly reception. Our room was spacious and clean with t&c facilities, hairdryer and well equipped bathroom. Very comfy beds, plugs and charge points everywhere! Breakfast was relaxed despite the hotel being very busy. A server noticed my wife walks with a stick and was quick to offer her to bring her drinks and more. Bonus for us was having a carpark next door. Perfect for central Leicester. Many thanks"

However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast this visit as the food items were not very warm and the plates were cold. The taste was good, but would have been nicer had they been hotter.
