At breakfast even in non peak periods, basic items were missing and tables unkempt. "Second time staying at this hotel. Reception is still temporarily up on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. Very convenient city centre location. We were overlooking the bus station this time and could hear the busses with the window and curtains closed if you listened very carefully. The room we were in has recently been upgraded, but the new TVs are temperamental. They will cut out and drop the picture then state 'no signal' to which you have to turn over to a different channel and back again....
