"It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience."

"I enjoyed my stay but watch out for hidden fees and deposits! I made a reservation but a hold fee of $100 was not mentioned and a “destination fee” was not mentioned. Throughout the morning with others on the floor leaving and entering their rooms and the door closing behind them were very loud so I couldn’t really sleep after 7am. You have to park in the garage but instruction on how to leave were not properly explained. Other than that the stay was nice. Hotel is very clean and smells nice...

"Fantastic new hotel close to the Capital One Arena and so much else. Some small hiccups because brand new, but the wonderful staff were very quick to address everything. The associated restaurant (Arrels) and ART DC rootop bar are fantastic as well. Can't praise highly enough."

"Solid historical type hotel that is comfy, cozy, and overall nice. Enjoyed our room, it was cool, staff was very nice, breakfast, while expensive was fantastic. We used Uber and Lyft to get to and from out destinations, be prepared to spend $90 on the valet, and don't forget to tip. "
