The lovely features are a very nice front staff, a lovely spa on the B floor, a reasonable breakfast buffet and a short walk to a convenient Kintetsu station. I would say, though, that if you are booking through Expedia or hotels.com or any other such discount service, they will put you in a very inconvenient, unrenovated room and provide no services. My room was the furthest room on the top floor, very cold with heating that worked...
