"Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos."

"As fotos do local não refletem a realidade. Fui com baixa expectativa e me surpreendi. Excelente. Equipe de monitores excelente. Café da manhã farto, apenas poderia variar alguns itens (5 dias exatamente iguais). Piscina ficava um pouco suja no fim do dia mas nada grave. A opção de almoço e jantar no local são caras pelo que oferta."

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

I had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to go back and visit again! I recommend this charming hotel to everyone who travels to Andradas which is a fabulous city to visit in Brazil!"

"Que pousada maravilhosa, tudo novinho, bem decorado, extremamente confortável, area comum muito organizada e agradável. Piscina linda aquecida, ofuro, redes, um lago lindo, vista linda para as montanhas, quarto e banheiro novos e confortáveis, cafe da manha excelente. refeições disponível no restaurante a qualquer hora das 11 as 10 da noite. Comida muito boa. Além de tudo isso, o atendimento ao cliente é excelente. Os meninos do atendimento que se chamam Lucas e cuidam de tudo la sao incríveis....

"We have stayed at this hotel now and then for about 20 years. The staff are very nice and the hotel and inside the restaurant. The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. There was water coming out from under the bidet which made puddles of water. We stayed there twice this past week and both bidets had rust colored stains in it and the bathroom doors were in sad shape as well. Internet access was not good in either room we stayed in. Not sure we will stay there again. "
