"Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos."

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"This hotel is extremely awesome! Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas! I had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to go back and visit again! I recommend this charming hotel to everyone who travels to Andradas which is a fabulous city to visit in Brazil!"

"Que pousada maravilhosa, tudo novinho, bem decorado, extremamente confortável, area comum muito organizada e agradável. Piscina linda aquecida, ofuro, redes, um lago lindo, vista linda para as montanhas, quarto e banheiro novos e confortáveis, cafe da manha excelente. refeições disponível no restaurante a qualquer hora das 11 as 10 da noite. Comida muito boa. Além de tudo isso, o atendimento ao cliente é excelente. Os meninos do atendimento que se chamam Lucas e cuidam de tudo la sao incríveis....

"We have stayed at this hotel now and then for about 20 years. The staff are very nice and the hotel and inside the restaurant. The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. There was water coming out from under the bidet which made puddles of water. We stayed there twice this past week and both bidets had rust colored stains in it and the bathroom doors were in sad shape as well. Internet access was not good in either room we stayed in. Not sure we will stay there again. "

"The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work."

"Horrivel, tinha um bicho parecia uma ratazana imensa, na meu teto que arranhava como se quisesse entrar durante toda a noite. Nao conseguimos dormir, nao tinha ninguém na recepção para falarmos. Entrei as 9 e 30 e no dia seguinte fui embora por volta das 10 30 , pedi reembolso da diária que nao usei, e espero que esteja sendo providenciado. Pois nao quis ficar nenhum minuto a mais. Nunca fiquei num lugar deste onde o medo me impediu de dormir. O chalé precisa ser repaginado, as tomadas são...

"O chalé é simplesmente maravilhoso. A vista do vale é encantadora. O local extremamente limpo e organizado com tudo aquilo que precisávamos. Cozinha muito bem equipada e com muitos utensílios. Deixo a dica para colocarem tela mosquiteira nas janelas e ventiladores na parte de baixo, para o quarto e sala, apesar de não termos precisado pois não estava tão quente, com a casa toda fechada para que não se entre insetos, acaba ficando calor lá dentro.
