"Have been staying at Eden on every visit for over 20 years well before it got refurbished. Friendly staff, rooms very clean, breakfast package is well worth it. Only thing I woud highlight is that the bathrooms have almost no privacy. It's a glass wall with the center part of it frosted and the doors are non-locking swing type. Might as well leave it open"

"Negative first- so prior to the holiday the hotel messaged to ask my room preferences. I messaged back and on arrival these had been completely ignored. We had been given twin beds rather than a double (2 twins connected together). Avoid the basement rooms as these are dark, without privacy, and noisy. "This property was super convenient to the train station and an easy walk to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful getting the luggage and checking in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the canals. This hotel had the best shower in Europe. Love this place and will definitely be back the next time I’m in town. A "
