"The hotel is right across the street from the train station, although I went completely around the building the first time trying to locate it. I didn't understand the tram, but used the train station and Bolt from the hotel to get places. The hotel was nice and had items for use or purchase that you may need during your stay. Breakfast was very cozy but a bit overpriced I think. Overall it met all of our needs for our trip. "

"It was very convenient to the train station. The rooms were large, and the kitchen was great! We just picked things up at the grocery store and put them in the oven. There were some restaurants close, but we chose to just eat in the room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. There’s not a coffee maker in the room, but there is a coffee downstairs and it’s relatively inexpensive."

"Hotel is in a great location for accessing the tram and metro network & convenient for Amsterdam central station. Staff on reception were very welcoming and it was a relief that we were able to check in earlier than 3pm as the room was ready. "Everything was up to the standards that I expect from a Holiday Inn Express, except for one thing. The room was freezing cold, I slept under two quilts. I tried to turn the aircon temperature up - no difference. I tried to switch it off - nothing. I switched the electricity off - the aircon was still on. Where does it say that guests like to be cold in bed in the winter? Thus I slept badly, as my feet and hands were cold."
