Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. "Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"Loved the Apartments and its right across the street from the big train station where you can get anywhere you need to go. You can be in the city center in under 10 mins. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax after a day out. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well."

Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "It was very difficult to find an affordable hotel in the Amsterdam area. These apartments were not cheap, but you get an entire apartment to yourself. They have a portable air conditioner/heater and multiple fans which was a huge plus. These are things you don’t find in a lot of Europe. The shower was very large and you had every amenity imaginable. I love how there was a washer/dryer and they provided laundry pods. "Canal Suites Amsterdam was even better than we expected. Gorgeous layout of the apartment style suite, comfortable bed, TV equipped with Netflix, functional kitchenette, good wifi, and most importantly a very walkable neighbourhood with everything you need, nice and quiet but just a short walk away from multiple types of public transportation and a bustling bar and club area. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam and would come back again. "
