"The room was clean, practical and modern. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great (hot water! Yeah!!). The view of the mountains is fantastic. Gorgeous scenery all around us. "We stayed at the Hotel Hacienda Santa Clara for two nights and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoors was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect, we were 35 mins from each of the termales. Very convenient. "

"We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. "The property and staff were excellent. The staff was super friendly. The transportation is great, the bus to Pereira passes right in front of hotel. The only drawback is thw noise level. A few bars near by that make noise very late. I would definitely stay there again, it's save and transportation is easy."

"Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given."

"The location is amazing, long drive from the twon but worth the trip. The rooms are basic, adjust your excpections! Very old beds, small bathroom, don't fit the a spa hotels. still an ANAZING place worth the visit. Didn't like that the owner gave a 40 minutes speech during breakfast???? "
