"It was such a great hotel I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The staff was nice and kind, the food was amazing and the view on Etna was 11/10. We saw Etna errupting. Also the options for vegetarian and gluten free food was great. In summary I recommend this hotel for everyone. Also for families with children there was a nice child play area. "

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

Stanza bollente (aria condizionata centralizzata inesistente), sporca ( polvere dappertutto, peli/capelli sulle lenzuola), ascensori lenti con tempistiche assurde x salire o scendere, parcheggio limitato al bordo strada o piccola area in zona molto bassa (x salire in hotel c'è una bella salita abbastanza ripida), colazione con prodotti di scarsa qualità, caffè alla macchinetta gusto terribile."
