"Don’t let the name fool you. This place has nothing to do with wellness. Knew Iit was a scam when I had to pass by an employee smoking at the entrance. No internet, uncomfortable mattress about 5” thick that overhung the bed. NOISY!!!!! Who has tile hallways in a hotel? Tired and dated decor, room was drab, uninspired breakfast, staff was polite, but not helpful. Stay away."

While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. "This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel and a very nasty, angry and unhelpful front desk man greeted us and just kept shaking his head No.....and pointed at a wall where keys should have been behind him. We had 2 rooms with confirmation numbers and our charge cards had already been charged. We had emails from Hotels.com saying our rooms were guaranteed. We could also see that there were 2 sets of keys but he said they were occupied)....
