"We had a wonderful time at No. 5 from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and modern whilst being right in nature. We were very well looked after by the staff especially Frankie who went above and beyond every day even helping us organise trips and buy tickets and driving us to the entrance of the national park. He was even on hand over Alipay chat to answer questions we had whilst on day trips. Frankie’s dog was also very sweet and warmly greeted us whenever she saw us :)...

"It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. "If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped."
