"Clean and conveniently located hotel- at the centre of San Jose which is a plus. Separate toilet and shower. Lots of storage space, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was included and the service was good. The caveat: my room was located next to the Christmas decorations which flashed on and off and despite closing the curtains, it was a nuisance throughout the night. The flashing lights were tacky too- not something you’d expect in a Hilton hotel. I’d suggest not having blinking LED...

"Beautiful property, extremely well maintained with very nice staff. Restaurant was very good though quite pricey. Only con was its location, quite a long walk to downtown area and very close to a busy unattractive stretch of highway."

"The hotel is fabulous. Spacious room, very clean, top notch staff from the concierge to the valet to the housekeeping to the waitstaff. They certainly take the time and make the effort to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast alone is worth staying there for! As with anything in San Jose it was difficult to locate, but once we did it was great having a location so close to the city center. "

"I liked its unique boutique style. I appreciated the balcony but the balcony doors do not block out much sound and doors from another room were rattling all night. Fortunately I slept with earplugs, otherwise it would’ve been a problem."

"The resort property is beautiful, with many activities offered. The staff are wonderful and see to their guests' every need. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning which was very good and had several selections to choose from. Given the resort's distance from restaurants, we ate on sight each evening. The food was very good, but unreasonably expensive. "
