"As a female solo traveler this place is good, the staff is very helpful. Thank you Anna at the restaurant giving me good choice of drinks. The tour person was so helpful to arrange us tours that were on time and great. The hotel has security and gated, but do not walk at night outside. The food and drinks are good here just enjoy your day relaxing or taking a tour. Close to airport and they have shuttle for a fee which is very convenient. I would stay here again. Costa Rica is beautiful. "

"The location is conveniently about ten mins from SJO airport. We stayed here for a quick one night upon arriving and again before leaving.The lobby is beautiful and there is a cute gift shop, two restaurants and a casino. I would stay here again because of how welcoming, kind and accommodating the staff are and the proximity to the airport. "

The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are large, making the lodging very comfortable. The staff is cheerful, helpful and efficient. Rooms are vacuumed, linens changed, and bathroom floors mopped—every day of your stay. Exceptionally clean. The food is excellent, particularly the dinner menus, highlighting fish, shellfish from Atlantic, pacific and gulf, as well as regional specialties. If you are visiting for business-the key banks and government agencies are in this area. If you are a tourist interested in the museums, theaters and churches, this is an excellent location to lodge."
