"It all depends on you to make a decision. It is perfectly located but that also has disadvantages. Under my balcony, all human powered taxis (i would say tuk tuk or rik sha if it is appropriate for cuba) gather and play loud music till morning. So sleeping is problem. In addition adjacent room cells transmit noise. Also breakfast has zero protein. Eggs are extra. You should immediately supplement it. The receptionist when is in duty, is extremely well organized and deserves my gratitude. I...

"The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"

"Beautiful views of the water, roof top restaurant is a great place for a cocktail or dining. Food is very good and staff was wonderful. Rooms are big and spacious and loved the balcony to listen to surrounding music playing. "

"Amanda is an excellent friendly host with plenty of recommendations as to how you can tailor your experience in Havana to your tastes. The casa is beautifully decorated, safe and close to the Capitol and Parque Central. There is a steep staircase leading up to the casa (which was only a bit of an issue because I was traveling with a 65 year old with mobility issues) but otherwise I couldn't reccomend this casa enough! :)"

"This was a wonderful surprise in the heart of El Vedado just 2 blocks from Hotel Nacional. Lunch, diner and drinks at hotel Bacional is a must and so inexpensive as you pay in Cuban pesos, CUP. Also Caberet Parisian is at hotel and it’s the best show and price ever!! This Chile hotel has a wonderful breakfast and wonderful staff who were so helpful. The rooms were excellent with great air conditioning and showers. "
