"I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was fantastic, friendly and willing to help. It was very nice, and the location was excellent. The biggest disappointment was the fitness center. The hotel had Olympic decor. The handrail in the elevator was fantastic, it was a barbell. This led me to believe the hotel would embrace fitness. All you had were two treadmills, an elliptical, and a few dumbbells. Not even a multi-station all-in-one machine. Very disappointing."

"We stayed for 5 nights Friday through Tuesday. Our room faced east with a view of the city. The room was hot so we had the window open most days. Loved the hot shower and towel warmer. The front staff was so friendly and helpful. The main attraction is that the hotel is located across the street from central train station. We purchase a group train ticket for 5 days and had access to the M zone for $100. "

"The room was smaller than in the pictures. But the bedding was comfortable and the bathroom didn’t feel crammed only where the bed is. Within 3 minutes walking is a bunch of restaurants and train/ bus stations so getting around was super easy. Staff was helpful "

"When we walked in and saw the two beds a part, I thought I had gotten the wrong room. But, turns out, you can push the beds together or separate them as you'd like. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows and blankets were great. The hotel is in a great location! The staff were all very kind. The only down side of this property was the £25 per person per day breakfast buffet. Not the worst price I've heard but we instead went to a cafè a few meters down (coffee fellows) and had breakfast...

"I stayed at The Rilano for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Certain parts of the hotel looked like they were being renovated, but nothing was closed, or unclean. There was a lack of signage to point me to the room. The WiFi on my floor was unreliable, but fine down in the lobby and restaurant. The room was compact, but had everything I needed. The bed was fine, but it was two single mattresses pushed together and I did feel myself slip down between them at...

"I checked in and the man at front desk was so lovely and helpful. I requested if i can have a room with a bath as i was going on a tour and would like 1 last bath. He immediately changed my room no problem. Room was pretty good. Had everything you need. Concrete walls makes the room cooler as no air conditioning. I didnt have a fan but was told i could if i needed. Breaky was so good..pricey but definately worth the money. Easy to walk from train station."
