Master suite had a very comfortable king bed/pillows, spacious bathroom w/2 sinks, automatic bidet toilet, roomy shower with multiple shower options. Excellent bar/restaurant in the lobby with great bartenders. Amazing staff, from the doormen to the concierge. Whatever we asked for, they made it happen - quickly and with a smile. Private tour of Rioja wine country? They had it booked in an hour with a guide who is an expert on Basque history and culture. Daytrip to the Guggenheim in Bilbao? Here's the best way to do it. Not an inexpensive hotel, but far less expensive than some of the marquis hotels in the city and worth every penny. Truly, this is what every upscale hotel experience should be like. "
