"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish...

"Hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Be aware you have to book dinner even though its a buffet, we weren't told about this and went to the buffet 2 nights got sat fine then rest of the nights had a 45 min -1 hour wait, after skiing you are definitely tired and don't want to be waiting to eat. I did tell the manager that I felt this should be told at check in so that people can pre plan their meal times."

"Great hotel right next to the La Plagne ski lifts with fantastic service. The hotel's own ski shop / ski rental was very convenient. All the staff were super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, happy to recommend this hotel for anyone coming to La Plagne."

"We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. "Generally the hotel is fine. The service is superb. The rooms are very small. Even with an upgrade to a DeLuca room there was not much space at all, è speciale for a mountain resort. The Soa also need a upgrading and better management. But the service is so amazing, it compensate a for it all"

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Very nice hotel right on the piste, truly ski-in, ski-out. Nice amenities with spa, sauna, swimming pool, bar with outside seating and great view, 2 restaurants, great breakfast. Very attentive staff. We will come back."
