"This is a lovely hotel, maybe a bit dated decor wise, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with usual tea etc, large TV, plenty of storage two chairs, tables and a fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good variety of meals, which can also be purchased in the bar throughout the day. We have stayed 3 times now and have no complaints at all. Whether you stay for 1 night or more, the location is excellent for public transport, tram and bus and...

"The stay was extremely convenient for our early morning flight. The staff, restaurant, beds and cleanliness of the room and hotel were excellent. The only thing stopping us giving 5 stars was the shower. It was fine, but we would ideally like a more powerful shower."

"Very clean and modern hotel which is in a great location for access to the station and within walking distance to the main shopping, eating and drinking areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had good facilities however my only criticism would be that it was quite dark, even with all the lights on. "Weekend stay visiting family. Hotel is in great location, very clean and good facilities. Only slight issue was the room A/C wouldn’t go below 19’C, and the windows are all sealed, so room got a wee bit stuffy overnight. But that’s maybe just our taste - overall would highly recommend."
