No info about the hotel amenities on TV channel 3- had to explore to see what is there or ask staff. 2. housekeeping didn't respond to 2 calls spaced n 2 hours apart for extra pillows - finally had to go to checkin counter to get service. 3.30 minutes free self parking isn't free when it takes 15 minutes to find a parking spot. Should be at least 45 minutes. All I was doing was stopping to pick up my wife...
