I think the Front Desk staff should’ve taken more initiative to fix the matter themselves. Eventually, they did so, but only after much back-and-forth discussion and frustration."

"The property was very nice, but the unit we had was directly over the entrance to the garage, and we could hear the overhead garage door opening each time. The windows looked right out onto the front entrance. Would've preferred blinds that came down from the top, to let in light but maintain some privacy for the bottom half of the windows which were to the floor. "
