There was only one issue - over the weekend there was loud noise, probably from the bar next door, every night until the morning. When I complained about it at the reception, they gave me a late check-out as compensation free of charge. I was very grateful for that and was happy for the compensation and consideration - but the following night there was also noise...

"From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and tidy and beds comfy. The hotel is situated at the foot of the Lesser Town bridge tower so ideal for walking across to the New and Old Town areas. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of choices. A great stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags"
